    All you do is you jump in the small space between the trash can and the wall repeatedly, untill you are inside the wall. I may post a video later, if i manage to get into a glitch room.

    You error if you only go partially in the wall.
    you do it by crouch jumping on the outer corner of the trashcan that is hugging the wall.
