Weapons scattered around

I got one question.
Is it possible to spawn weapons around on a map, like the ones that drop from you when you die?

Yes it belongs in help section and It may be possible I don't know much with setting things to a certain coordinate I'm banned until the thirteenth and I have no motivation of learning more until then.
