google notmyip. If those IPs are already banned, google another one. You might have to buy one, but some of the better ones have 30 day trials and such. Just gotta look around.

OR google how to change your MAC address which will change your IP

Not telling you to google because I'm a dbag. I think there are rules against outside links?
