ahh people, dont format ur hardrives. its useless, u will lost all ur info and theres no point of backing it. formating ur hardrive isnt a good solution, thats what computer shops say when they dont have a solution. run malwarebytes. and doing a system restore doesnt nessesarly remove malware. and sometimes malware doesnt allow u to do a system restore!
