Google for it. There is most likely some developer documentation.
Releated information on details of [MPGH]Blubb1337
Google Vertalen
@ Aero that is google translator not the API
Note: there is not much documentation for it, but someone created a wrapper for google search and translate API (it's not great) but a .dll is a little easier then straight coding.
First thing you need is a Google Base Account (merchent center)
Google Product Search
(if you have a verified google developer account, it is much quicker)
You will also need a API key , You can get that here
Sign up for an API Key - Google Base Data API - Google Code
Then download a sample of the Client LIbrary
Client Libraries - Google Base Data API - Google Code
there is a sample for VB.net in there
You also may want to learn how to use Web Services.
**again if understanding this is to much, just try and find the wrapper and see if you can find documentation.
It's not a easy task if you have never done it before.
Google has extensive documentation for all their API's
