you wil get a whole new xuid but change your ip and mac or you will still get a ban message becuase alteriwnet banned your ip and xuid or only xuid that your lucky

they ban ip, xuid and drop a file linkin u to ur old xuid or something, that why u need to get back to a restore point where u werent banned, change ur mac and reset modem so u'll get a new ip and the new mac addres will take effect and ur unbanned nothing more to it only way for not going back to a restore point or formattin windows is finding that file that links u to ur old account/xuid/ip but thats probally hidden deeply in a register or something so good luck finding it
