Rate:
$0.25 per minute, minimum of 4 minutes.
You will pay the paypal fee, or include enough to cover it.
Ex. You want 5 minutes. Thats $1.25 + fees (The Paypal fee will end up being $0.30 + 2.9% of original amount [$1.25]. The total being $1.60)

If you chose 10 minutes or more and pay upfront, you will get a 25% discount. (The total being $2.24 after paypal fees.)
