I like it, some of the detailed effects are really nice, and pleasing on the eye. The main aspect i would start working on more if i was you is depth. There not a real much amount of it there. Blur the cape slightly, and then blur the buildings in the background more, to give a better feeling of a real environment that we are looking at. Though some of the fractals in this piece are nicely used, in places they are slightly overwhored and not contributing at all, such as his right arm as we look at it. It just looks like confusion and it doesn't help it at all, make the effects more subtle and it will contribute to your piece more.
