Yeah but i dont need gun skins, i need Background textures (graphics) to change somehow like in tf2 mod ;(

Sigh, you are realy stupid.

Insulting him isnt going to help him any.

If your talking about the TF2 mod's graphics, how there is no shadows, and everything is very simple looking, your not going to be able to with just textures. There are certain commands that were changed that cant be accessed in game or through the config. I remember turning Picmip up a little bit would smooth things out, but there was really no way of removing shadows.

Hmmm... Do I have any chance to change my normal graphics to TF2, maybe there is any command or something like that with which i could remove some effecs like in "Afgan" sand smog.... or sand colour... Ahhh...

You came pretty close with this bump.

Check the THT 1.6 for the removed sand and other weather effects. Its not bannable like trying to add the command would be.
