Clearly, its against the TOS of CA, and they even state that you will be banned if caught.

Lets think about it: you were caught hacking on your higher ranked account.

Now you suddenly get a message about being banned. Connect the dots. Administrators of Nexon reviewed the situation, saw you created another account, and took the necessary steps to insure you wouldn't hack again, EVEN if you didn't hack the second time, you violated their terms already.

Nexon doesn't give second chances.
