I know someone who was working on one.. Ive never gotten real proof but ive seen his work and they were quiet goot.. But im guessing he figured out thst it just wouldnt work

It is possible but it would be much like combat arms it would have different game play!
So no not really, you can not make a duplicate of combat arms!
