People powerlevel because it is a quick and relatively easy method to get EXP and GP pass. Also, you have to pay for VIP.

I only did it for like an hour, and got about 2,300 xp... Idk why thats so bad..

I can get that EXP in an hour without powerleveling -_-

That's true, it's pretty sad. I think Crossfire and Combat Arms should merge, set up the good support and better graphics.
