As you likely noticed, we're suffering from a severe DDoS attack for the past 24 hours. To counter this, we have decided to switch our provider and rent a hardware firewall especially made for such occasions.

To achieve this, we need your help with raising the setup fees and the first month tax. Any person who donates to this project will receive a Contributor rank and a custom-designed avatar made by our best designers.

FIY: most money goes to the setup costs of the firewall(thats 150 euros a server). After that, it is way easier to survive, since these costs are only once.

a ddos attack? a lot of corrupted pc's being used to overload a server? (sorry if thats not quite right) thats friggen hard to fight/ fix right? any one got a clue on a possible time frame (and yeah i know theres a heap of variables but nothing asked nothing gained).

thought it was a scam but 350 EUR from what 25,000 users ain't that much in fact its less than i spend on beer in a few weeks. i might contribute if they start a fund counter. they have put in a lot of work.
