Its a speed hack, so yes. Don't worry your not the only one with a crappy computer. Try closing all the process you don't need, and setting the process\game you want to run well at top priority.

try hare lag reducer or use those crappy programs to tweak your PC for faster use... lol idk.. hmm.. CPU killer? lol i hate that thing but it works for some people
