I don't think you're really banned. You get no surv.eys on your surve.y list?.
Just go on the superreward website, click contact, and send them a ticket. Makes sure the website and your log in id is in it, tell them that you can't see any ******.s on your list and attach a screenie.

well theres lots of IP hiders but u need regestration so it wont last long =P

Use software to hide your ip and try if you can do again or not.
