Are combat arms hacks ILLEGAL or any other hack for like games??

Yes it is, first off the reasons why it is illegal.


First of all you're breaching the Term of Agreement (Also known as Term of Service; ToS). The ToS said no cheating or using third party programs to cheat/give you an advantage. You breaking that ToS is illegal as you're breaking a contract, a contract is uphold by the law and if Nexon wanted, they can sue you for damages made from breach of contract.

Second of all, when you're breaking the ToS, you're also breaking the ToS on your computer. You do not own the computer, you do not own any software on the PC. Instead, you sign an agreement saying you'll follow rules and laws of your countries and that varies. But, if Microsoft wanted to sue you because you illegally use their system for bad, they can! You don't own the game, you don't own much of anything you use on the PC, instead you agree to a contract and when you break that contract and keep using their program or software, you can be sued.

it is 100% illegal, you break Nexon's ToS every time you launch a hack with CA. Packet editing is more illegal, and thats more likely to be prosecuted.

Hacking is already illegal, but i doubt that their going to do much...

Your totally right, except that it also says that nexon can sue anyone who hacks for "damages" up to $10000. So if nexon actually wanted too they could sue anyone who hacks for 10k apiece.

Hacking FPS games is not illegal(for the most part).
Hacks that require server packet editing ARE illegal, but no public hacks contain these, so you need not worry.
The worst possible thing that can happen to you is an IP and MAC ban from a game. This will most likely not happen to you, unless you get a shitoad of accounts banned.

Since many of the hackers on Combat Arms are not 18 or over (assuming you're hacking from within the US), we legally can not be bound to a contract I went on in more detail about common law and essential needs but that isn't important.

This has been said, it's only illegal if you edit the server data. The hacks we make, edit our own data that the server just so happens to read from.

The files are yours, you do what ever you want with them.

Not really, as in, well hmm u dont own combat their just lending u play with it. of course u crash it (seeing nexon as a car) and u will have to pay for it.
