How come people don't sell kills

Ok so the title may be a little bit misleading but i have wondered why do people not sell kills , exp , clan points , gp e.t.c. on websites.

If you type in runescape gold you can buy tons of stuff so why don't people operate similar systems for CrossFire and other FPS's since when you think of it it's an untapped marker and who ever makes it in first is bound to make a fortune.

Farm it up why you relax and do other stuff.
They give it back to you with a extra ....kills
