OMG !!! u guys know wat happen ???? i in the game some body they hack !!!! idk wat kind of the hack !!! but i saw it a lots booommm on floor n the things make HP up if some body shooted u like 32 hp n u go on that item ur hp up !!! dam it so possible

Not a hack. It's called First aid kits. It's an item that you can buy in game with NX that can heal you.
