request: san andreas multiplayer addresses

hi, i am new to this forum, but not to hacking.
but what i cant find out is to create a weapon spawn hack for sa-mp,
or vehicle spawn hack, i am doing visual basic if this matters.
anyways, i ask you guys if you know how to find the right addres(ses) to spawn a weapon/car, as sample: ******

if you guys have any other really good hacks, and i am not speaking of build-in codes hacking, from singleplayer, because these sucks.
if you know, i really like you guys

and i also found a addres that motifies all damages inflicted to the player ( when on foot),
