Funny thing is that i played Modern Warfare 2 first before COD4, but then something happend and i lost it. Then, i tought that "hmm i played MW2, i should play the "father" of this game", so i installed COD4 MP.
From that moment i realised that MW2 is shit compared to COD4.
But sadly, now COD4 is pretty much dead, not many people play it :\

I'm going to have to say CoD 5. The whole Nazi Zombies thing was so awesome. I also like MW2 because there is better guns. But I'd still go with CoD 5.

My guess is that the majority of this community (and the excessive gaming community alltogether) is around 12-17 y/o.
Which means a lot of people who voted on this poll perhaps never played COD2, or at least not during it's heyday.

Playing COD2 now would not be the same experience. I guess you and I voted out of nostalgia for a big part.

Well I will say that I am old enough to remember games like CoD2 when they were popular, and to say that I love and still play Quake 3 to this day. I more of a old school hardcore type of person, who is really NOT impressed by all the gimmicks and crap that has been introduced to the FPS genre in the past few years. CoD4 was awesome, and I still host LANs at my house with a few of my friends, as well as Q3.

I think nostalgia had a little to do with my vote though. :P


And anyobdy that says that MW2 is superior to anything from CoD4 and back, has no idea what gaming is about. IMHO opinion anyways. Console gaming generation ftl.
