Multi ac130 on heaven possible?

is it possible to fly 2 ac130 at the heaven at the same time? Im searching a console command to deactivate the limit of ac130 at the same time. And is there a way to get carepackages via console command I dont wanna use mods..

Sorry dude, I don't think the game can support that.. and I also sure that you can't change that from console.. more like hardcoding..

Someone correct me if I am wrong.
