im not sure, but i think gellins base was undetected using summer 2004 sdk. i can be wrong

Functions change from version to version. (if you're talking about v8 -> 9 -> 10 -> 11)

Minor updates (EG. v9 March -> v9 June) are usually just improvements to the code or addition of some examples / tutorials, or documentation changes.
