Are they allowed?

Like if I made my own kill badges and was using them on a youtube vid or z8 found out, could I get banned?

I know they are illegal in CA but I don't know about CF.

Modified Kill badges are allowed. The only things that are not allowed and that you WILL get banned for are if you mod the game so that it gives you a better advantage over others. Z8 allows modded badges.
