the HGCW scans your computer to see if any hacks are injected.
You would usually get a notice that says "Hack Tool Detected"
If not somebody ingame reported you using cheats.

but y if the hack had a bypass or it only works for xtrap?/

They haven't told anyone how their new system works. They stated,"It would only benefit the hackers if we told them how it works this early on". Basically don't hack or an insta-banhammer is falling down. Pretty much don't even try hacking because they'll find you.
