My honest opinion on what additions/changes staff needs.

Yeah I'm thinking of maybe a limit. Say a minion who lasted more than 6 months, or who were extensively useful to the site.

Special Minions.
Mods
Gmods (either RS or Super User)

People that were GMODs and then removed tend to be Super Users.
Moderators that get removed seem to get TM.
Minions that get removed seem to get normal member. /

Grim and Zoom are ex-mods for CA that are currently minion.

I would say that they could be moved to Retired Staff.
Like if you reach Gmod and quit / retire (not rage quit) then you get moved to Super User, if you were Gmod for a short time, then to Retired Staff (if not TM)

If you were a great minion, gfx, ex something and you were staff a lot. then Retired Staff (if not TM)

The Majority of the TMs we have now were Moderators, aside from the people that got it for stupid reasons(*Cough* Begging *Cough*)

anyway the facts are a thread like this without Dave or Aruns imput is null and void happen's everytime
