This has already been established in the first post. My point is by 2011 or even now, there should be advanced support for vB4 and hopefully a more stable release.

We've previously gone through a change however Dave decided that vB4 was too buggy, unreliable, and not worth the hassle. Quite a considerable amount of time has past, and vB4 has built upon its compatibility.

I personally think this site needs a breath of fresh air, including a new skin and new board software.

This is just an opinion, and I don't expect action to be taken. But perhaps if enough people support the change perhaps Dave may consider a nice change for 2011.

Usually they don't have a strong enough community to be able to supprt the change. They have too few members who end up out of their comfort zone and leave. But I've seen many forums go through change and they thrive from it, like when planet-renders went from v3 to v4, their community almost tripled.
