i have restarted my computer, steam, everything, i have tried running everything as administrator, but nope, cant figure out what im doing wrong

i want to use this sooooo bad, i love the idea, and props too. idk what could be causeing it, what about the beta option in steam? would that change anything, as i have it on

EDIT: I FIXED it, turn off steam beta participation, then restart you computer, run both steam and the name changer as administrator, BUT, first run steam, log on, then run mw2, in windowed mode, then run the name changer, then it works. at least for me

Steam beta was the problem /
