Does this mean that by default setup, you can not crouch and shoot at the same time without turning off the hack?
Unless I'm an idiot, and PTC refers to something else. :v

Turn on the ptc with left mouse, to turn off hold CTRL then left mouse or CTRL + LEFT MOUSE.
