Rapid Fire For All Smgs (except mp5)

First of all, if this was already made (most likely was), I don't give a damn. I did this myself, it wasn't leeched, and I had no knowledge of other threads like this. I'm just trying to help people, allright?

A Few Notes:
I did this from scratch

It works for all SMGs except versions of the MP5 except MP5-RAS (b/c it's beast)

Even works for the favs, like pp19-mod, mp7-mod, mei's mp7 mod, P90 SE, ETC

It's pretty rapid, almost unnoticeable if you use mac/uzi!

Tested on: Mac-10, Uzi, K7, K1A, UMP, P90 (worked on all)

May not work for M960
