    (Request) Don Pedro increase ROF and Portability. No cross modding

    Same as title. No cross mods please, just hex. If someone could tell me how to increase ROF and portability via hex I could do it. I forgot how to edit portability.

    I doubt that. Then again, some people claim to have no recoil mods, and we all thought that was impossible. If you find that you CAN edit portability, let us know.
