What you can do is either one of two things:
1. Buy all the required parts and build it yourself or get someone else to build it
2. By a package.
I recommend you take option one because you are getting what YOU want, no more no less. Also, if you don't know how to build it, you can often get the store where you brought it from to build it at a small price.

My advice would to go the ASUS website and look there for laptops, thats where I got mine, and its really good. Core i5, built in graphics card, everything you need for around 800$, but they have better ones there to.

Other option for me is to go to Digital Storm, they have awesome customer service, offer cheap custom built computers (i.e. you select the parts, then they build to for you), and are an all around good maker. I got my desktop PC from them, and I love it. Liquid Cooling looks kewl... /
