[Solved]Crosshair for mw2

I need help with cross-hairs in mw2. I just want a cross-hair that looks like this:

Or if you can't do that, just a red X would be fine as well.

When I'm in game, if I can get a scriptttt or helppp on how to do this without making my game lag then thank you.
