Downloading From GameServers

Hi people,
First: if this gets moved please notify me.

So I think '80.239.248.125:5340' is an IP for a gameserver. I've tried to google ways to get information from it withouth being in-game.
The most search results are how to make a game server and game host websites.

One result was a bit related to what I want. It's called

Game server query library

it's used on a PHP Page to display a server's online status and for example shows the current map.

I want to download information from a WarRock Server
The IP I noted abouve is the WarRock Netherlands server, that is if i'm right. In WarRock you have multiple rooms (So the show current map doesn't work).

Alternative Poo awnsers are not appriciated.

Also I haven't hacked WarRock in a while, aren't the WarRock packets encrypted?

What should I do?
Get a decrypted one, do I need a WarRock.exe dump?

I'm not into hacking and I dunno how WR works / You would be better off asking AeroMan or someone who actually works with WR

I haven't played warrock since the last time i got banned. The story is like this. I got banned for about 7 times on high level accounts. everytime I reach a high amount of payments I get banned. Last time I got lv 34 in a week legit and I bought for about 45 euros of stuff then I got banned again.
