I can't enter in Eurpoe server

Hi, i have got a problem with EU server, when i try to connect in EU serve appears that error.

And then, when i press accept appears that.

I reinstalled soldier front but nothing, the error continues appearing. In can connect in US servers, but i have 300 ping. Can somebody help me please?
Sorry for my english, im from spain.
Please halp me. I dont know what to do./

Europe Server Does Not Suck Unless Your Being Racist.
Europe Server Is for Europeons So they don't have high pings / lag.
