Nat Open on Steam, Strict on Alteriw

My nat type is open on steam, but strict on alteriw. Ive done everything. disabled my antivirus, done some stuff on the router settings... It was open on windows xp, but i have windows 7 now. help?

The only things I can think of is;

New drivers = update your router settings,
or a Host ban (give me your IP/XUID)..

The nat type was open before i used a lvl hack. Can that have anything to do with it?

Nope, try to delete your cache.xml and then start the game to check.. (It may update for a sec)
