There was several books about Jesus when he was still alive, and scriptures. but paul was the only one who has written "Jesus died for our sins", but all disagreed, then paul wanted Jesus to die on the cross to make sure his book was the truth.
When Jesus died on the cross he said Nothing off others sins, if Jesus came for other peoples sins he would have said it when he came, or when he was about to die.

Jesus never claimed divinity, Jesus never said anything about praying to him, Jesus never said anything about the bible. all this was done by paul who competed with others to make their scripture the true scripture. and then they sold there scriptures when Jesus '"died'".
