Wow, okay first of all the ToS is a contract, and a contract is a written or verbal agreement uphold by the law. A contract can have anything in it as long as it does not do bodily harm or to commit a serious crime. You can't make a contract to steal something, rape someone, etc. As it'll not be uphold by the law, Nexon didn't break any rules or laws as they specifically said, "We have the right to look into your PC for information." In return you're allow to use their games, products, etc. The same thing with your operating system, you don't own Window 7, instead you own the right to use such services under the laws of the United States. If Microsoft said, "We have the right to look into your PC anytimes." Then that is acceptable as you agreed to them using the program in return of them looking into your PC.

Does it sound fair or right? No, but that's just fucking business.
