I believe what you say because no matter how good you are, if you lag, there's no chance for you to have a good game.

that's so true, i have a 1.94kdr with playing legit. (well accept for mines to m9), with a computer from 2003(never been upgraded). I play on the lowest quality you can get accept for blood effect. combat arms is really easy.
