You can use it only in UO or BG (right click and after you see a box around a vehicle hold SHIFT until it's locked and then shoot) Or get No restrictions hack xD

Joke, yea u need to lock on vehicle, u cant just shoot it, cqc it will not work, and u cant be on house if u shoot the rocket, it goes to sky before hitting target, so be careful with that.

With no restrictions hack you can shoot it in CQC or any other map/game type.. Best way is to shoot it from the window and in a safe place
