It just seems like they broke the sniper to prevent quick scoping, but wound up taking away a ton of use for it. Win some lose some I guess.

go in combat training and set difficulty to veteran and watch the sniper killcams. thats the closest you'll get to quickscoping in black ops

Sniping is easy as fuck in black ops, qs is easy too. Just gets time to get used to the change, if you wana get good play against bots for at least a week, ull master it pretty fast
