Maybe you are banned because of Modern Warfare 2? (VAC2)
And Modern Warfare 2 was banned before you got Black Ops? You should've activated Black Ops on a fresh Steam account then I guess...

ok, thanks i believe you now. sorry for not doing it, but steam also told us. Before you buy a new valve game make another steam account, even if its a new game/cd key or whatever. if u got banned once make a new acc and install the game there. And you can have mw2 hacks on ure computer? idk but steam told me before i bought black ops that " make sure u have deleted all the cheats/textures or anything that modifyed the game you got banned on, before getting a new valve game" but try to contact em. bcuz if u got the cd key they can look for this.

Yeah, I still got MW2 hacks on my pc, that but havn't run them.. No texture on MW2.
