CT help?

hey
i got a big problem here, every time i play my game lags/freeze(and i play online just fine with no lag)about every 5 sec. my game stands still for about 2 sec and then i can move for 5 sec. and then it happens again.

also is it normal that the bots move before the timer is done?
i have tried to uninstall it and install it again

read this happens every time i play CT. and yes i have tried re-start(dint work) and i got a 10mega bits connection(soon 15).

i mean when im gonna chose a class my cursor just stop and then move and then stop...
and when im in game it does the same move stop move stop... all over.
also the bots move before the timer is done counting down.
(its also wierd that i have about -400000000000 cod points in ct i dont know why, one day my stats got resettet i at my first kill i got to lvl. 50 with that much -points).

lol...idk thats fucked,
maybe your steam cloud isnt syncing well,
or you have modded something..
