what do you mean? if you mean do i have internet? yes i have, it all works normal...
and yes i can play other games but non steam offc because over there i have the problem? am i banned from steam?

EDIT: internet works really fast, but at steam support sooooo sloooooow wtf

I don't think you are, I am having the same problem as you, so I think the servers are just down. Maybe this will work for you though:
Steam>Settings>Downloads
Change it to a region still close to you.
If not its probably the servers being down.

I dont think so because a friend of me has no problems at all...
