how to enable cheats on SKIDROW BO

i don't know because what ive seen so far there is a way to unlock cheats on skidrow but i cannot find the folder i think i downloaded a different one...

i cannot find the players folder

Go into the console in game, and load a map with /devmap. Then cheats are enabled.

the player folder is placed in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Activision
on your pc
