I would like to sit in 1 class from each teacher to observe there teaching methods, I have strange feeling the teachers that have 1 year or less programming experience are going to need some help on programming logic, programming logic applies to any language and its not language based..

This is a classic example of my point, Also quote "im too lazy to supply links" is prime example why the teachers should have some guidance if they needed it, trust me its going to be just as hard on the teachers as it will be on the learners.

Course: Delphi basics, Delphi Intermediate, Delphi Advanced, Programming Logic(1 or 2 day course)
Reason:
Give the forum members some other programming knowledge besides from C++ and make them realize it doesn't matter what language you program in you can achieve the same results in just about any language, Hence the programming logic course.
Experience:
close to 6 years, started vb6 2 years before moving onto Delphi 4 years and while using both these languages have messed with RCE for 6 years and have intermediate assembly knowledge from reverse engineering(Forum member for 5 years on Seek'n'Destory)

Course: Advanced C++
Reason:
My C++ syntax knowledge is limited
