Knife lunge is ridiculous. It was better in cod6 because they had commando. But for some reason it still seemed more balanced IMO. And they should really adjust the hitboxes. A knife to the arm or leg should not be an instant kill. And adding the ballistic knife? Worst mistake ever. I don't see why you go through all the trouble of removing commando when you can just run around with BK.

if someone knifes you in the leg or arm you dont die instantly. is someone knifes your head or throat or nuts then sure prehaps adjust hit boxes of the knife so you have to have some skill in aiming it at least.

I have been seeing so much shit about knifing lately? Honestly the people that complain about getting knifed are just bad. If you cant put 2 or 3 shots in them while they charge up to you, they deserve the kill. If they come around the corner, well... If they can knife you, you can knife them. They had the better reaction time, and again, deserve the kill. Reducing knifes to a 2 hit kill is going to make it just as useless as it is in zombies.

I'm all for knifing someone in the back being a 1 hit kill. They don't know you are there, ergo, they are not ready to be attacked, so on and so forth. But changing a frontal knife to take 2 stabs to kill someone is pretty lame. Even though I do hate those annoying shitbags who always manage to be stabbing you as you round a corner and go through a doorway. That fucks me off to no end, but you just need better reaction speed.

But as someone above said - If you are too slow to unload into some idiot that is charging right at you, you deserve to be stabbed in the face.

This was the community suggestion that has been thrown around since late CoD4. Its an absurd suggestion, and people are just mad that they suck.

The only thing that needs to be done is nerf the range on the lunge.

Nowhere has been confirmed that is going to 2hk. But its been around for ages floating around on boards and such. Treyarch is trying to 'listen' to their community, so they would put fucking up the game to please vocal minorities over game balance.
