The Localization file is located in the steamapps\common\call of duty black ops
the other files you will need to edit are in the zone folder \steamapps\common\call of duty black ops\zone

How can we export the texts from FFViewer?
i got it but i ve some problems.. this program's current version supports black ops? i had tried open .ff files with this programs. i selected those files from zone folder but program doesnt show content of selected files. i dunno.. or may be i cant use this program too but something s wrong.

What language are you trying to translate to? I would assume turkish? If you are trying to change the in game language you need the localization files. I dont think going in and editing is going to wind up very good.

You need the right localization files. I have heard changing settings in steam will do this, but afaik, where you bought the game is what language it will be in, unless somebody uploads the right localization files.
