XK-8 to XM8

There is an error with the file upload, so providing a file will be delayed.

Like the M1887, this is an unreleased weapon so it'll be released later this month. Mod was made because I'm a huge fan of the XM8 and it's only out in CA Europe at the time being, so hopefully you guys will enjoy this crossmod ^-^

Now I know it's a weapon for CSM3 (the XK-8) so give me a bit and I'll see if I can crossmod the G36E to the XM8, if it's successful I'll release it here.

Note: You'll notice that a 3rd reload sound is missing and the scope isn't really that. What you see is the XK-8's scope, not the XM8. The XM8's scope is the L96's.

It's within the PV_T_AR, PV_M_AR, and PV_SND_AR .rez files. It's an unreleased gun and will be released later this month.

This works for the GP XK-8 as well.

How am I supposed to prove that exactly? I knew the update for the XM8 was coming and woke up at 8:30AM to update and saw the XM8 wasn't in NA, but in EU. Then immediately I knew it'd be released later like the M1887 and decided to crossmod by using .rez editting with the XK-8.

At first I was going to do the AUG A1, but couldn't find all the files needed for it and used the XK-8, and maybe will do the G36E later. I highly doubt anyone would do this that early in the morning in the NA version unless they were a bigger fan of the XM8 than me ._.

I know they did D:

But according to the stats and gameplay of the XM8 in CA Europe, the weapon is a lot more accurate and has less recoil than the G36 but slightly less stopping power, but the fire rate (which has been increased) makes up for it, so it has a higher DPS than the G36.

If you use this crossmod, it'll act more like the XK-8 sadly. Only difference that I could feel was the fire rate and damage.
