What if I give you a Encryptor and a Decryptor not made my be but it was found on MSDN. Works profectly. I edited it so u can add ur own Key which is an array of 31 bytes and IV which is an array of 16 bytes...WORKS like a GREAT

Also opening text files and saving text files.
