CE speedhack

anyone else tried the CE speed hack on LoL?
i tried it once and all it did was make mycooldown numbers go faster but they wouldnt let me cast them when they were off cd.
you dont move any faster i think and you also dont attack faster. (also theres a 2.5 atk speed cap if anyone didnt know)
has anyone found any uses for speed hack yet?

You can if you're farming IP

yeah but you have to make an AI for your person so it gets items and stuff so they don't report you for feeding or afk etc etc
